Over the lifecycle of a Friesla System, clients may choose to upgrade capacity, reconfigure or relocate their Mobile or Modular Systems, integrate systems into new facilities, or exit the business as part of a broader strategy. From time to time, Friesla Systems become available as pre-owned systems for resale.

What Defines a Preowned Friesla System

A Friesla System is a purpose-built Mobile or Modular meat processing plant, which may support a full harvest-to-package workflow or a specific stage of meat processing—such as harvest, chilling, cutting, packaging, value-added production, or cold storage—depending on the system’s configuration and intended use.

Preowned Friesla Systems offered here are meat processing plants that were:

  • Designed and built in the USA to meet applicable USDA regulatory requirements
  • Deployed in real-world meat processing operations—typically under USDA inspection
  • Supported during initial deployment by Friesla’s services, which may include project design, system and site planning, USDA regulatory compliance support, butcher and HACCP training, and system startup and implementation

These systems reflect the same long-term design philosophy as new Friesla Systems: heavy-duty industrial equipment built for long-term commercial use and designed to support evolving operations over time.
